In 1987 he opened the Central Distribution Center in Everett, PA, and took on the full responsibility of purchasing duties and operations, with his eventually promotion to Vice President and Operations Manager in 1989.

In 1990 he was voted onto the Board of Directors for the National Bulk Vendors Association (NBVA), and has remained on this committee ever since. Every year since 1992, he has volunteered as the NBVA Golf Tournament Director, a job that requires several months of preparation.

In 1995 he managed the opening of our body refinishing and fabrication shop in our Central Distribution Center.

In 2003, in the biggest expansion project in company history, Mr. Recker facilitated Vendomatic into it’s new 65,000 sq foot Distribution Center that is still housed in Everett, Pa.

Tara Heon
CFO

After studying Business Management in college, Mrs. Heon took her first opportunity of a management position that was responsible for all daily operations, client development, and all accounting responsibilities. With this experience, she was able to excel in all areas of accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintaining general ledger, as well as purchasing and inventory control.

In 1989 Mrs. Heon then started her own high volume service oriented company that employed over 15 personnel, and she was responsible for all aspects of running a small business. This including tasks such as training, merchandising, marketing, negotiating leases and contracts, amongst many other functions.

In 2001 after successfully selling her established company, Mrs. Heon then joined Vendomatic, and brought to the company her experience in handling all duties involving employee benefits and retirement options.

In 2003 Mrs. Heon was then promoted to CFO of Vendomatic.
